Martial arts?

I am trying yo get back into martial arts. What are the top 5 ground kicks, top 5 jumping kicks, top 10 punches. How do I use them and with what part of the body. How do I also train for brick breaking?

Martial arts?
What style Martial arts
Reply:i dont know sorry.
Reply:There is no 'top 5' anything. What martial art are you thinking about getting in to? As for the brick breaking, you need to do a lot of conditioning.
Reply:Start with wooden boards before you try bricks. If your school has a gauntlet just learn all the stations and moves required to kick and punch. Run the gauntlet will condition your mind and body. Hitting the targets will condition you for breaking boards. But as Bruce Lee said "bricks don't fight back". So hitting stationary targets are also not very good training. The gauntlet targets move and after you kick one you have to move or hit it again when it swings back. The harder you hit the harder it will hit back. At higher levels you set things on fire and add sharp weapons and stuff. You learn how to not hit but get out of the way or lose a limb. How will you kick if you lose your leg? How will you punch with no arms? I can't tell you any more but I thought every school had this type of training and then I find out most people have no idea what I'm talking about. Once you get to a higher level you learn few schools have it and I can't tell you all that goes on as it's secret training. You do learn how to break bricks but this becomes so easy compared to what else you have to train for. Find a local Ninja school if you want more answers.
Reply:would you not be better going to a martial arts school and asking them, I always prefer to ask the black belts any questions where i train.
Reply:you need to start from the basics and train alot before you can break bricks. the main punch is the strait with rotation punch and the main kicks would be the round house, front kick, and specially the side kick. i suggest you should start karate to muay thai
