How to fight?

How would you train a begineer to fight what tools would you give him if we wanted to train in martial arts such as taekwondo , kickboxing , muay thai ?

any help would be great thank you

How to fight?
Well u would have to sign up to try it out 1st or to join a place to train. Its not just u ask, i can tell u. its more complex then that
Reply:where to strike, vital points, elbowing from behind.
Reply:you realyy have to train and the instructor should be very patient with the player the first few weeks
Reply:Whatever your teacher tells you. Usually these include basics like learning how to fall, correct standing and moving positions and basic kicks and punches. However, it depends on the style. Soemthing like Tae Kwan do will have you start with kicks while in my style, Shaolin Kempo, we work on stances, movement and basic strikes.
Reply:to really fight?

in a comp boxing is the way to go all the way buddy just go to a gym and train your *** of it may take anywhere from 3months to a year to be ready for an actual comp it all depends on how good you are

for the street id still train in boxing and i still do :P but i would def think of adding something extra also maybe some judo wrestling or anything really even muay thai or kick boxing so you are not used to fighting boxers all the time they have a style of there own lol i train in MMA to mix it up kin bushi ryu is the system but boxing is what i do mostly and i love it
Reply:Fighting is 80% mental and 20% physical for a trained fighter. Unfortuantaley many people don't receive the proper training, develop their skills, or gain experience. For them fights tend to be 80% physical and 20% mental and so a lot depends on who is the bigger stronger person. The kind of tools, knowledge and experience that you need can usually only be taught and learned at a good school with a qualified instructor.

For them you start by teaching them the basic skills and tools like a strike, elbow, knee, or a kick. Once they have learned how to do each of those different types of techniques thourghly you then teach them how or when to use them and when one is better than another to use. Your techniques are like tools and if you don't know how to use them properly or can't do them very well you will not be very effective with them.

there is no sure way.
Reply:Any true martial art system has a documented process for teaching beginners which separates it from systems that just teach any old thing in whatever order they please.

You should start with stances, if you can't get to your stance when you are attacked then you have nothing. Next is defense, if you can't receive/defend an attack then you can't counter attack. Next are attacks.

Also, a person who is trained properly know that a fight is a willing physical clash of two or more egos. They should have enough self-respect to walk away from a fight.

A self-defense situation is another matter entirely as is training and competitions. Please do not believe these are the same thing.
Reply:You have to be strong for these Martial Arts, of course you should be strong for any Martial Art but for Muay Thai, Kick Boxing and Tae Kwon Do i would invest in some leg stretching equipment a punchbag and some kicking pads.
