Why Am I Tired All of the Time?

I'm about to turn 18, so I'm young. I'm into martial arts so I train 5 or 6 days a week, not to intensely though. But the past week I've been so tired and all my energy is gone? What is wrong with me? Could it be I'm training too much or the fact that I never fall asleep until 3 in the morning every night and wake up at 12?

Why Am I Tired All of the Time?
Don't do any type of exercise or anything after 7 pm and drink a warm glass of milk before you go to bed. There is a chemical in milk that will make you go to sleep. No matter what time you fall asleep, get up at 0700 and get yourself out of bed and start your training at that hour. If you do all these things for a week and still do not go to sleep before 3 am, u need to check with a doctor. It is a matter of changing your body clock around. You should only sleep for 8 hours. After that get up and get started with your day. Train until you are tired. Do anything that will tire you out. Expend enough energy during the day and I guarantee you will go to sleep before 3 in the morning. You have just reset your body clock and need to shift it back to the clock that the rest of the world goes on. I have done the same thing so I know what you are talking about and I am not 18.
Reply:Not enough sleep..........
Reply:You have worked your body to much
Reply:change ur sleep hours
Reply:Loosing sleep, can really do a number on your system.
Reply:Here you go... not enough sleep...
Reply:Your body is exhausted. You should never do workouts more than 5 days a week, it doesn't give your body enough time to repair itself and recouperate.
Reply:You seem to be getting 9 hours of sleep, but is it restful sleep? Are you eating right? Maybe you're coming down with the flu or something.
Reply:Your sleep pattern probably is part of it. Try setting a more reasonable schedule.

But if the tiredness is sudden, try drinking more water: All the exercise could be dehydrating you. And if that doesn't work, see a doctor: There are several other things that could be wrong, including diabetes.

Good luck!
