What's the toughest martial art you've trained in? I've taken Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do & Ving Tsun.

TKD has been the hardest. All schools are different, so it's hard to say if it's the style or the particular schools.

What's the toughest martial art you've trained in? I've taken Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do %26amp; Ving Tsun.
Toughest in what way?

Most painful would definitely be Muay Thai. Those guys literally kick so hard that it feel like a bat hitting you at full force. They also use elbows and knee which do serious damage.

Most hard work out would be my current boxing gym. They do what is call boxecrise which is combine of very high paced aberoic, conditioning, and some bodyweight excrise that can last as long as 45 mins at a time. I've seen many very fitted athletic gave up and leave for the day after 10 mins of this.
Reply:Well, hardest has a lot of different interperative meanings :

Hardest I've trained in physically would be Muay Thai, Pai Lum, Submission Grappling and Hung Gar. Lots and lots of physical conditioning for striking, being struck, mental toughening, physical exercise regimens, etc.

Hardest I've trained in mentally would be Yoshin Ryu Jujutsu and Bujinkan Taijutsu. Physically, not quite as demanding (though I push it outside of the Dojo).....but they're a LOT harder to master in terms of dynamic space, timing, and so forth.

2 sides of one coin, all a beast at times.

peace,

Ryan

Reply:taebo is really hard, when it comes to training that is. You can't come out of a taebo session without driping in sweat.
