How can I learn more than one martial art without paying a lot of money?

I'm currently training in Combat Hapkido but I would like to incorporate judo, krav maga %26amp; sambo into my training as well. I don't want to spend every night of the week at a different school and I don't want to drop hundreds of dollars. Can I get the training and recognition (belt ranking) without dishing out a lot of time and money?

Reply:become a ninja.
Reply:find a teacher who will teach for free. or for less. martial arts has become a buisness. even still, many good teachers dont charge boatloads of money, you just have to look for them.
Reply:going to the web sites for Century martial arts supply, Awma, martial arts supply ,espy-tv they have lots of inexpensive books and videos great for people with experience who want to learn more
Reply:It's possible, but with that many disciplines it's going to be difficult, some colleges have free clubs for students and other people to join that don't require a lot of money, also a local YMCA, or Boys and Girls club may offer low priced classes as far as judo may be concerned, but Krav Maga and Sambo would prob'ly be more likely to have an actual school setting, (nothing says that they'd be offered at a college, but I'd say the chances are slim, due to their non sport nature)

Time on the other hand is just that, time, no matter what discipline you study, it's gonna take time to learn it, but since you've already had some Martial Arts experience, you just might progress faster.

good luck
Reply:Ask you instructor if he can train you in some other aspects. Focus on your current training until you get at least a black belt and then branch off. You should really have a solid base before you learn other things. Take your time, Combat Hapkido is a great system.

Be Blessed
Reply:first, buy a video or books of any martial arts you want to learn, practice at home and by the time you think you can compete with others, enroll yourself to a school which will give you recognition.so in that sense, you dont have lots of time spending time and money to school.
Reply:have a friend teach it to u for free
