lunch(1pm)- 2 wholemeal sandwhiches with loats of salad in them, one with cottage cheese one with sardines

snack(3pm)- 2 peices of fruits

dinner (5pm-6pm, if I have Martail arts it can be 7-8:30pm)-

if at home- meat with vegtables and potatoes sometimes rice instead of potatoes and 1 pot of yogurt, if martial arts same as lunch but with 1 peice of fruit

I drink 2 litres of water a day

Might incoporate whey shakes in snacks and breakfast as I dont like nuts that much to increase protein

It looks great to me. Don't let yourself get hungry, though. If your body is telling you it needs more food, it's because you are working really hard and need some additional calories to sustain your activity level.
