Lee coordinated his bodybuilding workouts so they fell on days when he wasn't engaged in either endurance-enhancing or overly strenuous martial arts training. He increased his body weight from 135 pounds to 165.
From 135 to 165 ? I thought he was always just 135 ? What do you think ?

Reply:Have you watched any of his training movies? I can totally believe what they are saying about him. He was an incredible piece of martial arts machine. He invented several different forms of martial arts, and I have no doubt that he has done what is claimed. You also have to realize how much devotion and training he actually did to get to that goal. That is dedication to the max!!!

Reply:weight doesnt matter about anything i used to run 16 mph whe ni was 96 ibs. now im 130 ibs. but i run 25 mph and about the wieght thing thats easy if you ate like i do you would get 2 ibs daily and thats with me weight lifting,jujitsu,and im in sports other than the uber poundage i still am in weight fat is produced into muscle so im actually going to be heavy muscle
